YouTube videos are displayed on our pages in a manner that does not collect or store data about you. However, if you leave our website and visit YouTube or social media websites, we are no longer responsible and the respective provider's terms apply.

ZANNI GROUP endeavours to respect copyright in all publications and to use its own creations or royalty-free works. For musical contributions, we use only our own productions from the JUMBO BLOCK MUSIC label, to which we hold all rights. Copyright in material created and published by ZANNI GROUP itself (including program code) remains exclusively with ZANNI GROUP. Reproduction or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences, software and texts in other electronic or printed publications is prohibited without ZANNI GROUP's express consent. Third-party components used (such as open-source libraries) are subject to their own licence terms, which accompany the programs.
5. Downloading Files and Applications
You may start downloading a file or application by clicking its image or link. The download is free of charge. Please note that your internet service provider may charge for data traffic under your agreement. We expressly do not cover any costs you may incur from downloading. We accept no liability for content or downloads. By downloading, you agree to these provisions. If you do not agree, please do not download from our website. You may view, use, store and share downloaded files and applications as often as you wish, but you may not adapt them into new works or redistribute them for that purpose without our express consent.
6a. Use of the Calculation and Planning Programs Provided
The calculation and planning tools we provide (for example, as part of the JUMBO BLOCK Engineering Suite) serve solely as initial guidance and planning aids, such as for preliminary sizing. ZANNI GROUP accepts no liability or warranty for the correctness, accuracy or completeness of the results obtained. Use is at the user's own responsibility. Liability for damage of any kind arising from use of or reliance on the calculation results is excluded. We strongly recommend that final dimensions and structural calculations always be checked and approved by a qualified engineering firm.
6b. Use of Software Applications, Particularly Security-Relevant Software (e.g. JUMBO BLOCK Vault)
Some of the applications we provide, particularly JUMBO BLOCK Vault (a client-side password and data container), process and manage sensitive, security-relevant user data, including login credentials, passwords and key files.
The following applies in addition to Section 6a:
The application is provided “as is”, without any assurance of fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors or uninterrupted availability. To our knowledge, all processing takes place exclusively locally in the user's browser; the application does not transmit contents to ZANNI GROUP servers. Nevertheless, users bear sole responsibility for securing their device, browser and operating system and for the safe storage and regular backup of their Vault files. To our knowledge, the encryption and security procedures used reflect the current state of the art. However, absolute protection against unauthorised access, data loss or compromise cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, ZANNI GROUP accepts no liability for data loss, data compromise or other damage arising from use, misuse or unavailability of the application. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, limb or health remains unaffected. Before using the application for business-critical or particularly sensitive credentials, we expressly recommend that users review the published security documentation (see below) and, where appropriate, arrange their own independent assessment.
7. Notice Regarding AI-Assisted Development
Parts of the program code of the applications we provide have been developed, reviewed or documented using AI language models. Any resulting review reports or security analyses expressly do not constitute an independent professional security audit according to established standards (for example, one conducted by specialised auditing firms), but rather an AI-assisted code review subject to the limitations disclosed in the relevant documentation. This applies particularly to JUMBO BLOCK Vault.

Please read our Privacy Policy in accordance with the statutory provisions of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
