Our History and Future Direction
ZANNI GROUP develops solutions for resilient infrastructure, environmental engineering and sustainable water management.
Drawing on more than 30 years of technical experience in industrial and environmental applications, we now focus on advancing the JUMBO BLOCK® system and developing water-regulatory and environmental solutions for cities, municipalities and critical infrastructure.
Since January 2025, sales and production in our traditional industrial divisions for power-plant products and incineration equipment have been gradually phased out.
Our Focus
Since May 2026, ZANNI GROUP has focused on:
- the JUMBO BLOCK® system
- large-scale rainwater retention
- urban water storage
- resilient infrastructure
- environmental and water engineering
- digital infrastructure monitoring and verification systems
Support for existing customers and spare parts for previously supplied industrial plants remain available.
We develop long-term, sustainable solutions to growing challenges such as:

- urban flooding
- water scarcity
- periods of drought
- protection of critical infrastructure

Alongside quality management (ISO 9001) and environmental management (ISO 14001), the company places particular emphasis on information security and the cyber resilience of critical infrastructure, with reference to ISO 27001 and the NIS2 Directive.
