Stationary incinerators

Stationary incineration plants can be used and built in many different ways.

The heart of every plant is of course the combustion chamber, with its grate and combustion system philosophy.

For this, all parameters of the combustible material are taken into account, as well as the question of sustainability in dealing with the waste.

This of course also means that there is no uniform solution, but only adaptable technical solutions in general.

Each plant is therefore designed to meet the specific requirements and of course the highest environmental standards.

We have a wide range of solutions available for this purpose.

If you want to know how a plant could be configured in detail and which plant components are required for this purpose, then take a look at our Flow sheet page and find out everything about efficient incineration plants!

For the first we show you on this page two types of plants to give you a general overview of our possibilities.

On the one hand mid-sized and on the other hand large-sized incineration plants.

Incineration plants as an example of a sustainable investment

Available with standardised capacities of the plant types:
SICF-S with 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1000 kg/h @ 15 MJ/kg sludge.
SICF with 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1600 and 2000 kg/h @ 15 MJ/kg solid waste.

Larger systems as individual solutions.

With our new type of incinerator, we have focused on new developments that set new standards in terms of quality and ease of maintenance.

These include a new grate system, a defined combustion air space and flow of the firing material, improved waste charging and liquid injection, as well as a new maintenance-friendly cooler system.

The incinerators are particularly interesting for the incineration of hazardous waste, such as clinical waste and contaminated materials.

Of course all other combustible materials, from household waste to industrial waste, are also suitable.

Key figures

Available with standardised capacities of the plant types:
SICF-S with 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1000 kg/h @ 15 MJ/kg sludge.
SICF with 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1600 and 2000 kg/h @ 15 MJ/kg solid waste.

Larger systems as individual solutions.

Multipurpose incinerator for solids and liquids.

Patented grate system.

Suitable for all types of waste, such as clinical waste, contaminated materials, other solid and sludgy wastes, like sewage sludge.

Reduction of the waste volume by up to 95%.

Reduction of the solid waste mass by 80% -85%.

Significantly relieves and reduces local landfills.

Reduction of pollution from landfills and open burning of waste.

Reduction of climate-damaging methane from the decomposition of waste.

Savings in local waste transport and waste export costs.

Climate-friendly heat and power generation.

However, we would like to emphasize that it is necessary to design each plant on its own merits.

Within its operating values there are universally applicable plants, but only within certain values.

Therefore, generally binding specifications are nonsense and we should talk about your requirements.

Please take a look at our Flow sheet and find out everything about efficient incineration plants!

Let's talk about it.

Thank you.
